SGC TRAINING BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate Booking Form, payment (or purchase order number where applicable), and a signed hard copy sent to:

Bookings may be sent by email and considered confirmed
No distance learning materials or pre-course study will be dispatched until SGC Training Services receives the appropriate fee and booking forms.
SGC Training Services reserves the right to refuse admittance to learners for whom the course fee has not been paid or is considered to be unsuitable for the learning.
It is the responsibility of the learner, or the person making the booking on behalf of a learner, to inform SGC Training Services of any learning difficulties or any physical disabilities a learner may have which may affect their learning.
No refunds will be made for cancellations
Failure to attend the course will result in the full course fees being applied and no refunds will be issued
Learner substitutions will be considered at any time prior to commencement but may be subject to an administration charge to cover the cost of learner exam registration or materials.
SGC Training Services reserves the right to amend fees and modify the course materials or substitute tutors without notice.
SGC Training Services reserves the right to cancel a course due to force majeure. In the unlikely event, this occurs an alternative date or full refund shall be offered.
All information and materials are considered to be accurate at the time of delivery. SGC Training Services cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes.
